Consulting and delivery engagements are billed in stages. Any refund is calculated based on work completed and expenses incurred, as agreed in the order form.
Software subscriptions
Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time and will not be charged for the next period.
Third-party pass-through
Costs paid to third parties (such as Meta messaging fees) are non-refundable once consumed.
