Fees and payments
Fees for engagements are agreed in a separate proposal or order form. Third-party costs (such as Meta WhatsApp messaging) are passed through and disclosed.
Acceptable use
Do not use our services for unlawful, harmful or misleading purposes, or in violation of platform policies (including Meta's WhatsApp Business policies).
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal.
